As part of our business ethos we never return items to our suppliers and therefore pass the savings on to you.  Items that are received from our suppliers that do not meet our standards are then sold at a reduced price.  As leather is a natural product and our items are handmade imperfections are inevitable.  These imperfections can add character and enhance the vintage look of the products.  Please ensure you look at all the images to ensure you are aware of the faults.   All of our journals/albums are unique and have each been bound by hand using traditional leather craftsmanship by local artisans in North-West India.  Vegetable oil has been used to produce the colour of the leather cover, resulting in a vintage style book. The embossing features on both the front and back covers.  This detail has been created by experienced leather artisans using small handmade tools, giving each journal a unique pattern. Please note - The embossed pattern will vary on each book as all of our books have been individually handcrafted making them unique. Stones - Each stone will vary in colour and shape - Pictures are for illustrative purposes. Handmade Khadda Paper - This recycled paper is made from cotton left over from the garment industry in India. This paper is not suitable for fountain pens / ink. Please Note - Imperfections are inevitable in natural leather products but we feel this adds to the uniqueness of each item.  There may be marks/defects within the leather of the products. Shades of leather / Embossed patterns can vary to those pictured due to the nature of these products.  As these items are handmade the page count can vary and dimensions stated can vary slightly as the leather is cut by hand.
