~ Copyright and Intellectual Property is retained by me as the Owner.

~ As the owner/creator, credits and links must always remain on  the Template. The Template will be rendered unusable otherwise.

~ Unless specified, Templates are not exclusive and sold as shareware.

~ Templates are supplied 'as is' and no modifications can be made under  this package. 

~ Free support is offered for up to 30 days after purchase. *

Are your Templates easy to use?
Yes. Absolutely. My Templates are set up with the 'beginner' in mind. My  Templates are ready to use and come with a clear and comprehensive tutorial  to guide you through step by step.

Where can I use my Template?
If you have made your purchase via eBay, your Template is for eBay use only.

Do I own the Template and graphics?
No, you don't 'own' the Template or graphics. Unless the Rights to Ownership  are sold, the style, design and graphics remain the property of DJ's Pro  Listings N Designs. The purchase of any Template is done so under 'license'  from the original artist. You are therefore purchasing a 'license' to  legally use that Template.

Can you customise any of your current designs to  suit my needs?
Yes I can, however, this IS NOT included in the price unless specified  otherwise. The prices I charge for each of my Templates is very low and any  unspecified customisations would have to be paid for. Please contact me for more details. .

Can I use my Template as my Store Page and all  other pages I have on eBay?
No. The price of my Templates is very low, to keep things affordable. Unless  specified otherwise in the listing, the purchase of one of my Templates is  for your listings only.  

I have more than one ID on eBay. Can I use  it for other ID's as well?
When you purchase a Template is set up for ONE ID only. If you want to use  the Template under an alternate name, you must purchase the Template for as  many ID's as needed as each will be customised for you.

Do you do custom work?
Yes. However, please be aware there are many, many hours involved in  creating and putting together a design and template and as such, I can only  do this kind of work on a per hour basis, with a minimum of 4 hours to be  paid upfront. Please contact me for more details.

Can I use my Template for my Website?
No. You cannot use it for your website.

Can I re-sell or share your Template?
No you cannot.
