The exception is Bergamot (Earl Grey) which is a flavour that has a powerful citrus taste with a lingering, floral finish. This flavour is matched with a majestic tea from the mid elevation region of Ceylon’s tea country, where sunshine, warmth and humidity produce strong and powerful teas.

 An aromatic floral note yields the citrus flavour of original Earl Grey. A strong Ceylon Tea is the base of this elegant and refined experience. The slightly earthy character of this tea is beautifully balanced by the sweet, floral bergamot flavour.

Traditional unblended Ceylon tea. Medium strength, delightful bouquet.
                       Delicate, fragrant tea from gardens on the eastern slopes of the central highlands, renowned for their    exquisite flavour. The tradition of Afternoon Tea is attributed to Anna, Duchess of Bedford who had tea and cakes  served at 5 O clock because she experienced a sinking feeling. Medium strength, delightful flavor.

Dilmah Rosehip & Hibiscus Tea

You may have tried other Rosehip & Hibiscus Teas, but Dilmah's version may be the best.  Brewing a rose red color,  this invigorating tea has a tart taste.  Rosehip has a sharp taste, but it is mellowed with the hibiscus.  If drinking hot, just add a bit or honey.  It also makes a good iced tea.

Apple

A fragrant tea with the slightly sweet and sharp yet gentle flavour of red apple. A lively and aromatic tea.

Mint

A sparkling, slightly chocolaty mint with a delightfully cool nature. A sharp and lively tea with an appealing aroma and a lingering, minty finish.

Lemon & Lime

The zesty flavour of lemon with a tangy, slightly sweet taste is beautifully fused with the mildly sour but refined flavour of tropical lime. A reviving tea.

Blackcurrant

The lightly tart, tangy and yet sweet Berry flavour of Blackcurrant beautifully combines with a Ceylon Single Region tea to offer an aromatic and pleasing tea.

Cinnamon

Piquant with the characteristic woodiness of Ceylon Cinnamon evolving into a sweet finish. Aromatic, spicy and pleasing.

Caramel

An aromatic tea with a touch of toffee. Deliciously indulgent, this is a pleasant, medium bodied tea with a rich taste profile.
