Genuine vs Generic We like to give our customers an educated choice when shopping which is why we supply both cheap generic lamps and genuine original replacements. This lamp is NOT a genuine original replacement, and is NOT the same as the one supplied with your TV when it was new. Generic lamps are a decent quick fix if you want to save a bit of cash today, but probably won't last more than a year or so.
Many sellers on eBay and online claim to sell genuine original replacement lamps, but how can you tell the fakes from the real thing? Here's a handy guide to work out who is selling what:-
What brand is printed on the bulb in the photo? If you can't see any brand, it's generic. And if you can see a brand name then it might actually be a genuine original unless...
Do they display the official logo in the photos, ad, or anywhere in their store? If the answer is no then they are likely selling refurbished or even copy lamps. Without the official logo they are not an authorised distributor. Why *wouldn't* they show the brand name?

Shipping
All orders placed before 2pm will be shipped out that day, and the next working day if placed after 2pm. Orders will typically arrive the next working day. We post Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
All items are packaged well and shipped with care.
Orders to other countries within the EU will typically arrive in 3-5 working days, although up to 2 weeks for some European destinations. We do ship worldwide, but orders to other countries outside of Europe can take 2-4 weeks. There are a variety of shipping options for international buyers which you can select from at the point of purchase.
Returns
Our Returns Policy All our lamps are brand-new and come with a 90 warranty as standard. This warranty covers faults due to defective materials or workmanship and is valid from the day of receipt. Some items come with a manufactures warranty that may be greater than 90 days. All refunds do not include the cost of P&P unless specifically stated. Any products returned to us must include a copy of the receipt in order to identify who they are from.
Defective Product / Warranty claim If an item does not work or stops working by what appears to be a product defect this item can be returned to us within the warranty period and an exchange will be offered. If the item is reported to be defective within the first 30 days then the customer can opt for a refund instead, this may be subject to a restocking fee of 10-25%.
Incorrect product supplied Should the incorrect product be supplied we will offer an immediate exchange for the correct item. We will cover the P&P costs of returning the incorrect item to us.
Damaged in transport Items damaged in transit must be reported within 3 days of receipt. A replacement will be sent on return of the damaged lamp.
Ordered in error or no longer required Items ordered in error or no longer required should be returned to us within 3 days of receipt. Provided the item(s) are in perfect condition a refund will be offered, less shipping fees.
