This is a German "Sputnik" Style Barometer produced by Huger. It is in used, but working condition; basically it has to main problems It has a crack in the plastic which i have shown in the pictures and it is also missing the base. Other than those two things it is a beautiful representation of German engineering. It comes as pictured, but like i said it works and those are the only two problems i could find with it.
