- If you are returning your item for a refund, a 25% restocking fee will apply. All returns will be professionally tested before refunds are given. Raz-Moto will gladly accept your return within 60 days of the original purchase.
- No refunds will be given on electronic items that have been opened or used; you can only exchange the item at that point. Open box and used electronic items may only be returned for an exchange or store credit.
 - Return items must be in original box and include all of the original accessories. Fees will be applied for missing items (adapters, original box, harnesses, etc). Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs to Raz-Moto. Raz-Moto will pay to ship the replacement item to you. If the exchange takes place 30 days from the date of purchase, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs in both directions. If we gave you Free Shipping, upon returning the item for a refund, we will deduct the actual UPS/Freight charges from your refund. All returns require an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Returns without an RMA number may be delayed or returned to the sender. Raz-Moto strives to maintain a goal of 72 hour service for all replacements. Delays may be incurred if lack of replacement inventory is encountered. We will contact you via email if such a back order happens. Items returned that are physically abused or damaged will not be accepted.
