Christmas Delivery & Returns (UK)

Please order by below dates to receive delivery before Christmas:

Standard - Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For - 21 December 2015 by 3pm (Not Guaranteed)
Next Day - Royal Mail Special Delivery - 23 December 2015 3pm (Guaranteed)

Orders placed before Christmas can be returned up to 5 January 2016

Delivery Policy

All products, wherever possible, will be dispatched to you the next working day subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your payment or address details which may delay your order. Therefore, we ask that you allow 3/5 working days.  We will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order if there is a delay or items are out of stock.

*Promotional FREE delivery to UK Customers - Please note if an item is returned for refund £5 standard delivery charge will be deducted from your total order.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased, you can return them to us in its original condition within 14 days(you must include a copy of the original order) and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item(s). This does not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We will not refund items that have been worn or that have had the tags removed.

When returning items we recommend that you send your package via Royal Mail special delivery, in the event of the post office misplacing your garments, you are insured for a maximum of £500.

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in the post. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, Except where the goods you return are faulty or damaged.

*Free postage is a promotional offer. £4 will be deducted as postage cost if the item is returned.

Exchanges
If for any reason you want to exchange the item for a different size/colour or any products from our website of same value you can do it within 14 days. Please email us at sales@n22menswear.com so we can hold your desired item. You have to cover all the postage costs. We will not exchange items that have been worn or that have had the tags removed.

We only accept Paypal and have set all our "buy it now" items to instant payment only. Verified Paypal payments tend to be processed as a priority over unverified Paypal payments. If for any reason we are unhappy with the payment received from an unverified Paypal account, we will send an eBay message to the customer requesting additional information.
