The warranty is good at any Arctic Cat dealership in the country. It all starts with the 545cc Arctic Cat EFI engine. This engine is power house and will surprise you at the power it delivers. This engine is liquid-cooled, so no matter what your doing with it; whether it be just joy riding or working it hard, there is no worry of over heating this engine. The engine is backed up by a fully automatic CVT transmission with an Engine Braking System (EBS). So when your riding around and let off of the throttle, the transmission uses the engine to help slow down the machine. This comes in handy when riding trails and going down very steep inclines. The EBS will hold the machine back during deceleration to help control speeds during decent. The transmission has high, low, neutral, and reverse. Automatic transmissions are simply the easiest way to go. Just put them in gear and hit the throttle. They automatically adjust gear ratio based on engine RPM and load. Your never in the wrong gear to do anything with a CVT (continuously variable transmission). Having the comfort of being able to do whatever you what and not having to worry about what gear your is something that new riders will appreciate, and at the same time, adds to the enjoyment of everyday riders who can "kick back" and enjoy their ride. We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington, KY and 75 miles South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check, or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this ATV up in person, we are required by law to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax. We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this ATV in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax. (Except in West Virginia) We do this all the time, do not worry, you will not have to pay sales tax twice. If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exemption for farm/agricultural use. We don't need a deposit but if we ship, it must be paid in full first.
