Every pre-owned RV we offer is subjected to a comprehensive inspection and if it is less than 10 years old it comes with our certified pre-owned, written limited warranty that is valid throughout the US and Canada. This warranty is underwritten by Assurant Solutions - the largest service contract provider in the market.
We always recommend customers inspect their RV before bidding or making a purchase commitment. However, this isn't always feasible. We maintain an excellent rating on eBay because of our efforts to accurately describe, in words and pictures, the current condition of the RV you are viewing. All pictures are of the actual unit in its current condition. If there are defects or problems, we point them out in advance.

We can take additional pictures, shoot video, or even conduct a live-stream viewing of the RV. All pre-owned RVs we offer for sale, that are not more than 10 years old, include our certified pre-owned warranty. This offers you peace of mind when buying a pre-owned RV from Norm's RV.
As a ROUTE 66 Certified Pre-Owned RV buyer you will enjoy the security of knowing that your RV has passed an extensive 60-Point Pre-Delivery Inspection before it leaves the dealer's lot. Whether it's a motorhome or travel trailer, every unit comes with a 66-Day Limited Warranty that ensures there will be no surprise repair expenses once you get the RV out on the road.
Like our standard Classic Coverage Extended Service Contracts you will save $66 on your $100 deductible if you have any needed service work performed at or through any ROUTE 66 dealership, however, you can use any authorized RV service center you would prefer. As the largest network of RV dealerships in North America, ROUTE 66 Certified owners can visit any of our 150+ dealer locations as they travel.
In addition, all ROUTE 66 Certified units automatically qualify for the full protection of a 3-7 year ROUTE 66 Classic Coverage or Classic Coverage Plus Extended Service Contracts.

- Buyers Inspection: Norm's RV Inc. has done our best to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction and display photographs that accurately reflect the vehicle being offered for auction. Norm's RV Inc. welcomes and encourages a buyers inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending, but no sooner than two days prior to the auction ending as the final winning bid may be considerably higher than bids during the initial auction days. Inspection fees, if any, are Buyers responsibility.
- Representations and Warranties made by seller: This vehicle is being sold "as is" unless otherwise indicated. Manufacturer's warranties may still apply. - Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.
- Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 business days or until funds have cleared.
- Shipping & Delivery:
- All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Norm's RV Inc. will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
- Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by Norm's RV Inc. as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Norm's RV Inc..
- The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.
- Out of state deliveries often have unique requirements. We have accomplished both out of state and out of country deliveries and have done so for many years. Out of state delivery may eliminate California sales tax and/or California DMV fees. However, these fees may still be due in the destination state or Buyer's state of residence. In all cases, Buyer will be responsible for these should they become due at the time of sale or in the future.
- Finalizing your Purchase:
- Norm's RV Inc. will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.
- Successful high bidder MUST contact Norm's RV Inc. by e-mail or phone number 877-937-3557 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 7 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.
- In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of $1,000.00 by PayPal, cash in person, or bank certified funds. Within 7 days of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, cash in person, bank certified funds to Seller.
- At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST e-mail or fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
- In addition to funds, buyer agrees to work diligently in the completion of the required sales documents including, without limitation, a contract, DMV forms, service agreement contract, contracts for optional purchase (i.e. Gap coverage, tire & wheel coverage, MaxxGard surface protection products).
