Terms & Conditions
Condition: Collection branded items will always be in a new condition. For any non Collection items being sold please check the details in the description carefully before you buy.
Payment: PayPal is our main method of payment, but collection in person can be arranged. All Buy It Now item must be paid for instantly, for anything else payment should be made within 3 days of winning or buying the item.
Postage: All items are posted out within 1 to 2 working days of payment being received. Items to mainland UK will be sent using Royal Mail's 1st Class Service. All deliveries to Europe and the Rest of the World are sent via the Royal Mail International Standard Service. Please allow 15 days for delivery. If your item does not arrive within 15 days or if there is a fault, please contact us at info@write-here.co.uk with your name and contact address and we will provide alternative arrangements.
Returns: Refunds or exchanges are offered for items that do not match our item description. Please read the description carefully as we cannot take responsibility for information you have either misread or not read at all. Refunds will only be given for items that are returned in the same state as when they were sent out.
