Shipping
All items paid for before 2pm will be posted the same working day as paid for. Items paid for after 2pm will be posted the next working day.
Special Delivery
If you wish to guarantee your package arrive the following working day then please choose the Special Delivery option for posting. This is more expensive than the standard 1st class mail but it is a guaranteed service which ensures that the package arrives before 1pm the following working day from working day posted. Please note that although standard 1st class items generally do arrive the following day or within a few days - this is not a guaranteed service by the Royal Mail. We can only promise to post quickly and cannot be held responsible for the Royal Mail's service. Please note that items purchased on a Friday with Special Delivery postage are guaranteed for delivery on Monday. The Royal Mail do provide a service for Saturday delivery for which they charge an additional fee and therefore, if you wish to have this service, please contact us on the Friday to arrange payment of the extra cost.

We are able to ship items to anywhere in the world. If the option for your country is not included on the listing, then please contact us and we will add it to the listing. Please note that all items are sent by a signed for service in order to ensure safe arrival of items and this is reflected in the shipping cost.
Combined Purchase
We offer a discount for shipping of multiple items. In order to have this discount please put all items into the shopping cart and pay with one payment; this discount should be automatically deducted. If there are any problems with this, please contact us after purchase to request the discount.
Returns Policy
We offer a “no-quibble” money back promise. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please notify us on receipt of the item. In the rare event that the item is found to be faulty, a full refund will be given. If a refund is requested for other reasons, the refund will be minus any p&p costs. Any item to be returned must be returned within 14 days of the buyer receiving the item; must be in original condition sent ie. unworn/unused with tags and labels attached. Any item which has been clearly worn by the buyer or has tags missing, will not be refunded. Returned items must be sent back with the original packing slip, to the address on the packing slip. If this is not available, please contact us to request the return details.
Exchanges
Where an exchange of size is required, the buyer will be requested to pay the postage costs to return the item and the cost of sending out the second item.
Payment
UK Buyers:
Auction items – to be paid for within 3 days of auction end by Paypal. If you wish to pay by cheque or Postal Order, please contact for details.
'Buy it Now' items - are listed for immediate payment by Paypal. We are also able to accept Postal Orders or cheques for payment. If you wish to pay by this method, please contact us prior to purchase in order that we can revise the listing to enable you do do this. Please note, that in the case of payment being made by cheque or a 'crossed' Postal Order, that this will result in a delay in the item being sent as this will need to clear through a bank account before item is posted. In the case of a 'uncrossed' Postal Order – the item will be posted the same day that this is received.
Buyers outside UK:
Paypal is the only accepted form of payment. We are unable to accept direct bank transfers under any circumstances.
Non-Payment:
If you purchase an item and have a problem making payment, please contact us as soon as possible to inform us of this situation. We are happy to cancel a transaction for a buyer if they are unable to pay or having problems making payment - we just need to know this.
