Despatch time
Orders received are usually dispatched within 1 working day of the order being received.
Postage Regions
Postage and packing charges are based upon the region in which the delivery address lies. Our postage charges are based on the following four regions:
UK Mainland: All UK addresses excluding addresses within The Isle Of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Isles and Northern Ireland.
UK Highland & Islands: Addresses within The Isle Of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Isles and Northern Ireland.
EU: All Countries within the European Union
Rest Of World: All Countries outside of the European Union
Delivery Services and Charges
UK Mainland Standard Delivery:
Our standard delivery service is free on all items being posted to addresses within the UK mainland (see above for exclusions). Items sent by this service will usually take between 1 and 3 working days to arrive, however, in some rare cases items can take up to 7 working days to arrive.
UK Highlands & Islands Standard Delivery:
This service is free for orders up to a total weight of 4kg or £15 for orders above this weight. Items will usually take between 1 and 5 working days to arrive.
EU Standard Delivery:
The price for delivery to countries within the EU is based on weight:

Rest of World:
For delivery to a county outside of the European Union please contact us for a quote. Please note we cannot sell to the United States or Canada.
Returns Policy
Items received which are damaged/faulty:
If an item is received which is either damaged or faulty out of the box the customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement provided we are notified of the issue within 28 days of receipt of the item.
If you receive a damaged/faulty item please contact us immediately by emailing sales@tech9.ms or by calling 0151 4255 911. You will be provided with a returns number and a returns form to fill out. We will then arrange for a courier to collect the item from you. As soon as we have received the item back it will be checked to confirm the fault. Provided a fault is found a refund or replacement will be provided. Please note that any attempt by you or any third party to alter or repair your faulty product may invalidate your warranty and any costs arising from such work will not be refunded.
Unwanted Items:
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the item you have purchased and you notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item you are entitled to a refund or exchange. If you decide you would like to return an item please contact us immediately by emailing sales@tech9.ms or by calling 0151 4255 911. You will be provided with a returns number and a returns form to fill out.
It is your responsibility to return the item to us. Goods must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging present and undamaged. Once we have received the returned item we will provide either a refund or exchange (depending on what the customer has requested). Refunds will be exclusive of any postage costs. If the item is to be exchanged for another product there may be a balance to pay to cover any additional cost of the new item plus any postage costs associated with getting the new item back to you.
Faulty items which are covered under Warranty:
All goods we sell carry a 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated.
