Certification & Information:

The Chainsaw does require minimal assembly, full instructions within the operation manual and all necessary tools are included.

The Chainsaw will require 2 stroke engine oil, Chainsaw oil for chainsaw attachment lubrication and unleaded petrol for operation

Please allow at least five working days from receipt for clearance of cheques.

Vat is included in the eBay list price and a vat invoice will be issued with all purchases.

All goods will only be despatch once payment has fully cleared.

Prodcut Information

If a genuine fault arises we will replace the product in the event it cannot be easily or promptly repaired.

We also carry full replacement spare parts backup, many parts are also available to purchase with our eBay shop.

Please Note: This item is for non-commercial use, we will not be held responsible for faults arising from incorrect use, lack of maintenance resulting in damage or premature failure of the item. The warranty does not include failure as a result of misuse, failure as a result of incorrect fuel, failure as a result of incorrect fuel mix & general parts of ware i.e. bars, chains, blades, line trimmer heads, & extension poles & starter pull cords etc.

Returns

Unless under warranty claim: We must be contacted with any problem or grievance as soon as possible before any refund is considered.

A genuine reason must be put forward. Goods returned must be in a clean, unused and new condition, in original box / packaging from when first purchased to receive a full refund of the goods original purchase price.

Please note: the above excludes return postage / shipping, insurance charges and or courier charges.

All items must be returned within 7 days of arrival. If a negative feedback is left before we have had a reasonable time to respond then we will inform eBay & action will be taken and the offending feedback will be removed.
