Our diaphragm seal is manufactured in the UK to original specification, unlike other suppliers offering a plastic insert we strongly recommend that you refit your original oem metal insert for optimum performance as our oem diaphragm seal when used with oem metal insert will negate final fit problems occurring from using a plastic insert.

REALLY IMPORTANT.........

Take care, look out for the dreaded white powder in the eas system which sticks the diaphragm closed (or open) and blocks the airflow pathways and chambers in your valve block. You won't find any mention of replacing or servicing it in your books or manuals though one technical bulletin was released in the late nineties advising replacement under service at 60,000 miles or six years if white powder visible.... it was expected to last the lifetime of the vehicle :0)

Some air dryers even collapse firing silica gel straight through the block destroying it completely. 

Most P38's are still running around on their original dryer (see the 2 number year code on the lid in the little circle) ...

The air dryer is a ticking time bomb on any air suspension system and should never be ignored !!

Our NTC9812 kit contains top quality automotive vacuum packed desiccant (not grip seal silica) and we provide full o ring set with new pads too. Simply screw off the lid and replace in the same order as it comes out.

Be careful not to crack the plastic case you naughty little vice guys :0)

I would advise strongly against resealing your valve block without replacing the diaphragm as it is the most important component in your block. It perishes much faster than the o rings always causing complete failure of the eas system.

This kit if fitted correctly will help restore your valve block to its former glory and help protect your air compressor from extra work.

Important/Instruction

Please be careful when removing pipe work from your old block if you do not have the means to depressurise first. If you scratch the pipes leaks will occur as air escapes past the rubber O rings along the scratches. Do not overtighten or undertighten screws or bolts in valve block components. Air spring O rings not included as you will never need to replace them due to the air springs failing and leaking well before the greased O rings will ever fail. I regularly remove 15 year old air springs and the seals are still in excellent condition.

When resealing your valve block simply replace the old seals with the same size correct new ones. I lay them all out on a piece of white A4 paper. Once finished the same number of old seals should be on another piece of paper. Counting new and old is good before refitting block. Starting one end and working methodically to the other is easiest. Tighten firmly, do not leave loose screws or bolts but do not overtighten. It really is very straight forward for the average person.
