• Shipping Method Will Usually Be Royal Mail First Class Or Parcelforce 24 For Mainland UK Orders.
• It may also be shipped with Parcelforce Standard Delivery Service For N.Ireland / Highlands Etc.

Despatching Orders

Orders received before 12.00pm weekdays are generally shipped the same day, unless otherwise specified. This is our standard procedure and not a guarantee. Orders received after that time and on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day. Although we place a high priority on getting your order shipped as soon as possible, please note we make no guarantees as large orders, seasonal peaks, severe weather conditions or other circumstances may sometimes delay shipping.

Address Requirements

We use a variety of methods for Shipping, this includes Amazon, Royal Mail or Parcelforce 24 Service for Larger Orders. However other methods of shipping may be used at our discretion. Please be sure that your ship to address is accurate! All carriers will charge a re-routing fee if a package is re-routed due to an incorrect or incomplete address. We reserve the right to pass this £6.50 re-routing fee on to you when this situation occurs. You will be notified by e-mail in such a case. It is not our fee, it is the carriers for the extra work involved if you do not provide your full and accurate address.

Please note that Saturday, Sunday and all Public Bank Holidays are not considered delivery days.

Other Shipping Information

We are bound to the rules and regulations of each carrier. Once the carrier receives the package, we have no control over the actual delivery time it may take to be delivered.

International Orders

Kids Army Shop are happy to ship items overseas and you will find the price for each country when you reach check out. We will ship orders straight away but please allow plenty of time for delivery due to customs and clearance process required at the country of destination.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase and if for any reason you wish to return an item for an exchange or a refund there is no need to contact us first. We have a 100% no quibble return policy with no questions asked but this must be within 30 days of purchase. Just return your item to the address below but you MUST enclose a note with your name, delivery address, contact number and a request for either an exchange or refund in order for us to process this quickly for you.
