RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to return an item, please contact us through eBay or the email address clearcutgraphix@aol.com
- You should return an item within 14 days
- Product should be in perfect condition in the original packing.
- We will exchange the item or refund you with the original price.
- You must make your own arrangements to return items to us.
- You are responsible for the cost of return.
- We advise you to obtain proof of postage as the goods are your responsibility until they arrive with us.
- We do not accept spoiled or damaged items as returns.
- WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CUSTOM MADE ITEMS UNLESS THEY ARE SPOILED OR DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY.
IF IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT YOU RECEIVED SPOILED STICKERS:
- missing some parts of sticker
- having problems with the application tape
- or any other problems (damaged on delivery or etc)
You must contact us immediately, explain the situation, send a photo(proof), then we will send a replacement or refund.
