We encourage you to contact us for any question you have on an item before purchase so that you can be confident in the sale. We do our best to fully show, through pictures and words, each item so you know exactly what you are getting and strive to accurately represent each item listed. Please remember we are human and not immune from mistakes. If an item is not fully represented to your satisfaction (meaning we left some important detail out, unintentionally), please contact us to work on a positive solution.
Return Policy
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your item. We allow 14 days from the day you receive the item to contact us with any problems you encounter. We will pay for return shipping only if the item is misrepresented, damaged in shipping or if there are missing items that were listed, but not sent with the order. We will promptly mail out the missing parts to you.
In the case of any return, we require that items be returned in original condition. We also recommend taking pictures of items when you receive it, as well as before return shipping to help speed any resolutions if problems arise.
To initiate a return:
1. Contact us. Use "Contact Seller" and/or "Other" to avoid opening a case unnecessarily.
2. We will evaluate the situation and help to find a solution that works for you. If a return is request is the solution, we will ask you to reply to confirm
3. If a return is the solution, we will send you the address to return to. We will also let you know applicable terms of the return as well.
4. Returns must be in the mail within 5 days of sending return address and a tracking number is requested for protection of the buyer
5. When we receive the return and see that is has arrived safely, a refund will be given with in 12 hrs.
If any problems arise outside normal conditions, all efforts will be made to work with you.
Restocking fees are not charged, except in the case of buyers changing their mind for any reason. In that case, a fee of 20% will be charged. Original shipping is not reimbursable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
For international buyers
We are not able support return shipping paid by seller at this time, however we would like for you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please contact us with any problems you may have so that we can work together to make things right.
Please
note, we are not responsible for any additional taxes, customs, etc
that you may encounter in your country. We will also not indicate “Gift”
or adjust value of items in an order on the customs form.
Shipping
Shipping
can and will be combined for all items purchased within 3 days of the
first item purchased. USPS is the preferred shipping method, however for
larger and/or heavier items FedEx or UPS can be used to save on
shipping costs. If a buyer wishes to have expedited shipping, please
contact us for a quote. Don't forget to let us know what zip code you'd
like a quote for.
For international buyers, shipping will be charged according to country. Shipping will be determined by seller. If an international buyer has a preferred shipping method, that will be considered as well when putting a quote together, but does not mean that we will use buyer's preferred shipper.
As stated before, international customers will be responsible for all customs, taxes, etc.
