Returns Policy

Our returns procedure is a very simple process. If you wish to return an item for any reason please contact us first, either by calling 01744778019 or ebay messaging service.

Within 30 days if you wish to return the item for a refund then please return in the same condition as you received (boxes packaging etc) the item must be fit for resale, we do not refund carriage charges for this.

If you are returning an item for repair or replacement please include in the box a complete description of the suspected fault.

Warranty

Warranty included covers you for 2 years in the event of you experiencing any issues with your PC. We will carry out all work and cover the cost of replacement parts and labour during this time - this doesn't include repair of machines where original parts have been changed or tampered with it also doesn't cover against accidental damage.
