Characters permitted: 
The character count includes any spaces and punctuation symbols.
The personalisation will be copied and pasted from the details you supply - so make sure to include 
any capital letters & punctuation symbols as required. 
No accents are permitted.

How to supply the personalisation:
Our preference is that you supply your personalisation with details of the layout by stating the wording you wish to appear 
on each of the permitted lines Eg... 
Line 1 - This is the 
Line 2 - text that I 
Line 3 - wish to appear 
... and so on. 
If you type your message in the box during checkout - even if you enter it set out on different lines - 
ebay makes it a single string of text. So make sure you include the line numbers.
If you supply the details as a single string of text with no indication of the layout, in order to avoid a delay 
with processing, we will assume you have no preference for the layout & the text will be arranged for you. 
PLEASE NOTE: personalisation cannot be altered once the order has entered the production process.




.....REFUND/REPLACEMENT POLICY.....
If you find anything to be damaged upon receipt of your order,
please notify us asap, ideally within 24 hours and include a photo image of the fault/damage if possible as this will speed up the process
of replacement.
Refunds are not given for personalised items, because the item has been custom made for you.
