All returns are accepted without obligation within 30 days of the buyer receiving the item. Returned items where you have just changed your mind must be in its original, saleable condition. In this instance the buyer is responsible for the return costs. If faulty goods are returned then Micronic are responsible for these costs and will send a separate payment to your account or send you a pre-paid returns label depending on the individual case.
