- Once a bid has been placed, it is a legally binding contract of purchase

- All goods are sent either via Royal Mail or DHL, proof of postage is kept for all goods sent. With the exception of extra large parts, these are sent via a 24 hour courier and a contact phone number will be required for this service.
- For parts sent via other 24 hour courier, i.e DHL there may be an extra charge for shipping to Northern Ireland, Eire, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and the Scottish highlands and Islands. Please ask for shipping prices for these addresses.
- All goods can be sent via recorded or signed for delivery at extra cost to the buyer, please contact us first for this service
- Goods will be dispatched within 48 hrs of cleared fund, subject to the conditions listed in the payment section above.
- We accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to the services of Royal Mail or Parcelforce, or any other courier used.
