We will accept returns or exchanges on all items starting with sku # FDS or BW (found in the listing description's title) within 30 days from the day the item was received. This is a strict policy, any return or exchange after 30 days will be refused.
In case of a return, we will refund the amount paid - minus a restocking fee & minus the original shipping cost (even if purchased as "free shipping"). Client is also responsible for return shipping cost.
As a courtesy, if you decide to do an exchange we will not charge the restocking fee. Buyer pays for shipping both ways (we cannot give free shipping twice on the same transaction; it is still a cost that comes out of our pocket). Please make sure your order the right size, color, etc. before paying.
For items up to $199.99 there is a 15% restocking fee on returns. On items from $200 and up there is a 10% restocking fee on returns.
Please note that we do not profit from the restocking fee. It simply reduces the costs associated with returns. We will not accept any returns or exchanges without an RMA # (return merchandise authorization). Please email us, as we need to write you specific info/instructions prior to shipping your item back. Any package without an RMA # will be refused.
We only accept items in its original condition (new with tags in original packaging); any item that has been worn, torn, damaged, missing pieces, or smells like cigarettes, perfume, body odors, etc. will be returned back & the client pays for the shipping.
Please note:
Products starting with sku# JTD, can not be returned; however exchanges for the same style, different size are welcome 7 days from the day the gown was received, up to one time only. Products starting with sku # AG can not be returned or exchanged (no exceptions).
To Return/Exchange an item, please email us 1st for an RMA # and we will give you written instructions on how to return/exchange your item.

How long does it take to receive an item?
It is based on your location & the shipping method you choose. We only ship via United States Postal Service (USPS®) & Federal Express (FedEx®). Estimated Delivery time for our free shipping (not guaranteed) is between 1-6 business days - based on your location. We also offer USPS Priority Mail shipping 2-3 days (average) for the entire U.S. & it's territories.
In addition we also offer our continental U.S. residents guaranteed FedEx services - Standard overnight (1 business day by 8 PM) and 2nd day (2 business days by 8 PM).
Furthermore, we ship internationally worldwide, with the United States Postal Service. There are 3 shipping methods:
1. USPS Express Mail International which takes 3-5 business days to your country and then however long it takes for customs to clear the item.
2. USPS Priority Mail International, which takes 6-10 business days to your country and then however long it takes for customs to clear the item.
3. USPS First Class Mail International, which shipping delivery times vary by destination and then however long it takes for customs to clear the item. In some cases customs may charge you taxes / duty fees. It is based on your country's import laws & we have no control over it.
Measuring Instructions for Dresses:
Please make sure that you have measured yourself in inches & are picking the right size before purchasing your dress.
Bust: Not the same as a bra size. Measure around the fullest part of your bust and back, pull snugly. Don't forget to compensate for bras/undergarments you may intend on wearing under the dress.
Waist: Not the same as jeans size. Measure around the smallest part of your waistline, usually 2" above your belly button.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, usually 8" below your belly button.
