We package all items with the greatest care and securely box up items that have fragile boxes or parts. If there are any items you want boxed up that we might not consider in mint condition or necessary, please ask.

All items are posted the next morning from purchase and usually arrive with the customer very quickly.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are unhappy with the purchase for any reason, please contact us before leaving feedback and we will try to resolve the problem.

The buyer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the item. The item must be sent back exactly as it was received. Any refund requests after 14 days will be subject to our fair discretion.

On the rare occasion that the item gets lost in the post, due to the possibility of a long delay by the postal service, we require the customer to wait a full 4 weeks (6 weeks international) before issuing a refund.
