The Auction Terms and Conditions

1.    All items are sold strictly “AS IS” what you see is what you will get.

2.    Please examine the picture(s) carefully.

3.     Read the item’s description completely and bid accordingly. We do not accept returns out of “bidder’s remorse,” only if we have egregiously misrepresented an item’s condition.

4.     If you need more information or more pictures, please ask in plenty of time before the end of the auction and we will happily send them to you.

5.     Your EBAY bid is a legally binding contract. It costs time and money to sell items on EBAY.

6.    PLEASE DO NOT bid if you are not absolutely sure that you want this item OR if you are unable to make payment on the item within five (5) business days.

7.    If you are the winning bidder, you will be responsible for the purchase price plus shipping.
