We operate with a fast dispatch policy meaning all items are posted out either on the same day or the next working day of your purchase.

Delivery time is approximately 2-3 working days from the date of dispatch.

UK Next Day Delivery Before 1pm (Excluding Saturday Delivery):
The cost is £6.50 per item. This service is available Monday-Thursday except bank holidays (UK only delivery). Monday-Thursday orders need to be placed before 2.30pm to be received the next day. Please be advised that orders placed AFTER 2.30pm on a Thursday but BEFORE 2.30pm on Friday will be delivered on a Monday before 1pm. Orders placed AFTER 2.30pm on a Friday will be delivered BEFORE 1pm on a Tuesday. There is a tracking number available for the parcel. A signature is required upon receipt of parcel.

In line with our consumer protection policy, we offer a very fair returns policy.
If in the unlikely situation, you wish to return your item, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
The buyer shall be liable for all delivery charges. We advise you to use recorded delivery, or a delivery service that can be tracked and traced, as parcels that do not arrive back to us cannot be refunded by us.
