Unpaid Item Reminders (UPI) are filed after 10 Days, we understand there may be unforeseeable circumstances that may not allow the payment to be made on time.  Please email us as soon as possible so we can hold your item if need be.

Shipping
All orders shipped via US Postal Service.

We ship within 2-3 business days Monday to Friday.  (Not Sat, Sun and Holiday)

Payment receives after 8:30am on Friday and during Saturday, Sunday will consider as next Monday payment.   If payment receives during the holiday, it will consider next business day payment.

If payment received after 8:30 A.M. on Friday your item will ship on anytime before next Wednesday since we won’t ship on Saturday and Sunday and also holidays. We only ship Monday through Friday. 

Delivery confirmation number will send to the email address you have registered with eBay after the item shipped.  We will post the delivery confirmation number on ebay as well.  If you do not receive one, please email us.

We combine shipping to save you $$$.  Please check our shipping information if the item allow for additional item shipping charge.  We do combine shipping for international buyers also.  Do not pay for your item until you are done shopping and have requested that your items be combined.  If the items are acceptable to be combined a new invoice will be sent to you.  We do require that all items must be paid for via Single Payment to qualify for combine shipping.

International buyers

We also ship to APO/FPO.  Item will be shipped within 2-3 business days after receive buyer payment.  Payment receives after 8:30am on Friday and during Saturday, Sunday and holiday will consider as next Monday payment.  

We use USPS First Class International with register mail, Priority International, & Express mail service for International shipments.  The declared value for the item is the winning bid amount.  Please note that we do not mark packages as gifts or write a lower value on any international orders. 

Please understand that international shipping isn’t as fast as domestic shipping.  We will process your order quickly, but sometimes things get held up through customs.  Please check with your local post office with the delivery confirmation we provided.  Register mail provides additional protection and security in dispatch; however, it might take up to 30 days to deliver.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
 
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Return policy

We accept returns only if the item was not as described in the auction listing. Please note that all of the items we list on eBay are same with the picture we posted of the actual item. We attempt to describe each item very specifically. If the item comes with a particular accessory, it will be listed in the description. If it is not listed or pictured, it is not included.  We do understand situations arise that are exceptions to this policy, and on a case by case basis, we may accept a return. In the case of a listing error or some other error on our part, we will, of course, accept a return.

Buyer must return the item within 7 days after received the item.  Item must be returned as received and unopened. Refunds will not be sent until the item has been successfully received by us within the 7 days after you received it.
