• Payments must be received within 7 days of auction
• Please proceed to our secure payment after auction ends, or your bid is placed
• There is no need to email us for payment details as they are available at the checkout
• A tax invoice will be emailed to you upon your request

Delivery

• We use Australia Post, Toll Ipec, TNT or Fastway Couriers depending on your location.
• We will dispatch your item within 24hrs of funds being cleared

Return Policy Details

In the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, including the invoice. Postage and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for postage costs incurred in returning products unless the wrong item has been posted. A return authorization must be obtained before posting the item. We will not refund items that are damaged because of improper use or poor packaging by the buyer.

Item must be returned within 7 days after the buyer receives it.
