What you get with the express service:
Orders placed before 12 noon will be dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the following working day.
Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday (or the next working day at bank holidays).
Parcels will be dispatched via a next day delivery service.

The character count includes any spaces and punctuation symbols.
The personalisation will be copied and pasted from the details you supply - so make sure to include
any capital letters & punctuation symbols as required.
No accents are permitted.
PLEASE NOTE: personalisation cannot be altered once the order has entered the production process.

If you find anything to be damaged upon receipt of your order,
please notify us asap, ideally within 24 hours and include a photo image of the fault/damage if possible as this will speed up the process
of replacement.
Refunds are not given for personalised items, because the item has been custom made for you.
