Men - 1 to 3 tablets; Women - 1 tablet. Take once daily, preferably on an empty stomach (3 or more hours after a meal) and 45 minutes prior to a workout. May also be taken at night before retiring.

Other ingredients

Dibasic calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, modified cellulose gum, and magnesium stearate.

Suitable for vegetarians and Hypoallergenic.

Contains no yeast, dairy, egg, gluten, corn, soy or wheat. Contains no sugar, starch, salt, preservatives or artificial color, flavor or fragrance.
