milk and food storage containers. They are compatible with our Natural and
Classic bottles and BPA free.

sealing disc allow you to store or freeze your precious breast milk, without
leaking. Please keep in mind that the sealing disc has to be used with the
Philips AVENT adapter ring in order to prevent leaking.

Purchase
and Payment procedures
Once you
have purchased an item, your payment is due within three days. You may contact
us directly to ask for an extension on payment. If payment is not
received an unpaid dispute claim will be opened automatically.
We accept paypal (preferred) and bank deposit (contact us for details)
ONLY! For pick up, contact us via email first.
Shipping
We dispatch items once payment is received within 24 hours. This however
excludes weekends and public holidays as we are not open. If there has been a
problem in posting your item you will be notified. We are available 5 days
a week to answer any questions via eBay email.
Tracking numbers are provided for all of our parcels. Please check your
tracking number BEFORE emailing us to say that you have not
received your item, as in most cases it is sitting at your local post office.
If you have not received it however please contact me and i will help in any
way i can to track your item.

Q. Are your items authentic and 100%
genuine?
A. Yes! Our items are sourced directly from a pharmacy wholesaler. Our perfumes
are sourced from a perfume supplier in the USA and are either made in the USA
or France.
Q. Do you combine post?
A. Absolutely! We use 500g and 3kg satchels which are usually a flat rate to
all customers, but sometimes we can box items if you wish to purchase in bulk.
We can combine postage using these methods. If you want to check with us first
to see if your order qualifies, please purchase items then request total. Or
email us. If you wish to combine totals this must be done BEFORE paying.
Q. Can I pick up my items?
A. Contact us to see if your order qualifies for pick up. Prices in our stores
will NOT be matched if no contact has been made.
Q. Can i pay bank deposit?
A. Yes! Please email us if you wish to pay bank deposit and we will give
you the details. You are to use your eBay user ID as reference so we can mark
off the payment correctly. Please contact us once payment has been made.
Q. Do you accept returns?
A. Yes! This has to be brought to our attention within 3 days of receiving your
item. If your item has been damaged by the postage company, please keep all
parts of the product and your post bag to return to us, so that we are able to
make a claim. Return postage is to be paid by the BUYER unless
a mistake has been made on our part (for example we have sent you the wrong
item).
Q. Do you express post?
A. We can, but the buyer must be prepared to pay a little extra depending on
their item. If you have already purchased and paid we will be sending it by
regular mail. Because of government regulations, we are unable however to
express post perfumes, due to them being transported by aircraft. Please
enquire FIRST or purchase and request invoice before asking
for express post. Otherwise it will be shipped out as normal.
Attention all buyers
As soon as a tracking number becomes
available on your purchase, this means that it has been taken to the local post
office. Any delay after this is the result of Australia post, as I allow up to
1 day handling (this excludes weekends as the post office is not open). Unless
I am contacted via email, or I receive a notification of an item being held at
your local post office, i may or may not email you after your purchase, as I
have automatic emails that are sent out to my customers. Please do not penalize
me for no contact in this case, as I am available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
and I am more than happy to answer your questions.
