Payment

· We can only ship to the address on your payment.

· CA sales tax is added during checkout.

· During checkout, before you enter your paypal information, ebay will give you the chance to select the shipping address. Please make sure to choose correctly, as it cannot be changed, once its selected.

Shipping United States:

• Items normally ship the next business day after payment is received.
• We ship UPS ground, OR USPS mail which are fast, reliable services taking up to 7 working days (Usually much quicker), depending on your distance from California.
• Insurance is included in the shipping price, so if something should happen, your purchase is secure.
• APO/ FPO is currently not being offered at this time
• Items above $250 do require a signature at delivery.
• You have the option of choosing your shipping address at the time of checkout and before payment is complete.

Shipping International:

• Shipping can take up to 30 days depending on customs.
• Shipments are sent USPS priority mail.
• There may be additional customs charges in your country. Please check them prior to ordering.
• We will not mark items as gift.
• Items will be marked with the correct values.
• If you do not see your country listed, we currently cannot ship to you.
• If you have any additional questions regarding international shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Warranty & Support

• This warranty covers the unit for any manufacturer defects. 60 DAY WARRANTY
• It does not cover accidental damage.
• It is a mail in service, and will need to be returned to either us or the manufacturer for repair/replacement at their discretion.
• If you encounter a problem, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist you.
• Please consider adding the additional SquareTrade warranty for coverage of 1 year from the purchase date. This warranty begins coverage after our 60 day warranty expires.
• We will do our best to support you with technical questions, and it certain instances, we will refer you to the manufacturer for additional support.
• Typical hours are M-F 9-4PST.
