TREK SESSION 9.9 TEAM ISSUE

2013

Size: Medium

Excellent Condition

How many World Cups has Aaron Gwin won on Trek's OCLV carbon Session 9.9? Lots. He gets it done on this 210mm-travel, full carbon DH monster. Trek says they've achieved their highest weight-to-stiffness ratio to date through the use of advanced carbon lay-ups and trussing. That formidable stiffness is only helped by their DH rear through-axle, carbon EVO link, and of course, the Full Floater linkage and ABP rear end. For the all-important suspension, Trek and Fox created a proprietary air/coil hybrid 40 fork that's highly adjustable so you can tune it to the course. Out back, the ubiquitous DHX RC-4 absorbs hits of all sizes.

BIKE CONDITION

This Trek Session shows some wear/use and small chips and scratches you would expect from a mountain bike but it has been inspected and tuned and is in very good condition overall and has been well maintained. In addition to a full tune up we also installed a brand new rear wheel, new chain, and new shifter cable and housing. We also did a 50 hour fork service and installed new fork seals on the Fox 40 and the rear shock just recieved a full service as well.

Frame has no dents, cracks, or any other carbon damage.

Suspension has been inspected and tested and is in perfect condition with no leaks and all adjustments working properly. No scratches on fork stanchions. Both front and rear suspension was just fully serviced.

The front wheel has some dents in it but still holds air fine and the bearings are getting dry and the rear wheel is brand new.

The entire bike was just given a full tune up by a professional bike mechanic and everything was inspected and adjusted. Shifting is crisp, the hydraulic brakes are bled and adjusted, and it is clean, tuned, and 100% ready to ride.

Tires: Excellent

Grips: Good

Brake Pads: Excellent

Saddle: Good, some small tears in the back
