What determines the delivery charge?;
  • Delivery charges include the overall cost of getting your part from our premises to you. This is not simply the cost of the stamp. Other factors include; a recorded delivery charge where specified, suitable packaging as well as handling and transport fees in compliance with eBay's terms and conditions
Missing & delayed items;
  • In the unfortunate event that an item is lost during delivery we will assist in any enquiries and claims that are made
  • Royal Mail do not consider any inland item to be missing until 15 days after the expected delivery date and will not investigate any claim made before then. International claims cannot be made until 25 working days after the item was dispatched
Free delivery service;
  • Any item despatched via a free delivery service will be sent using an economy service unless otherwise stated
  • If the buyer purchases an item in error and requires an alternative to be sent the buyer is liable for the cost of delivering the replacement item. Our free delivery offer only applies to delivery of the first item in these circumstances. The replacement item will only be despatched once the delivery charge has been paid and when the original part has been returned to us in satisfactory condition. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the original item to us
Failed delivery attempts;
  • If an item is returned to us due to it not being collected from the delivery company's collection office in time or because of an incorrectly supplied or incomplete address then the buyer will be responsible for any subsequent delivery charges of the same item - even if the item was advertised with free delivery
Overseas buyers;
  • Non EU buyers will be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country

Returns

At Reliaco Vehicle Components we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

Your right to cancel;

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of our items within a period of 30 days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered.

Faulty Items;

We offer a standard 30 day warranty period for our used parts and 12 months for new items.

Incorrect orders;

Item Not Received;

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for items not received unless we are out of stock of that item. Where an item is lost during delivery we will dispatch a replacement product following confirmation from you that you have made some simple checks with your local Royal Mail delivery office.

Other;
  • It is the buyers responsibility to check the suitability of a part. Although we offer a free economy delivery service to UK buyers (with the exception of Highlands and Islands in certain circumstances) we reserve the right to withhold any delivery charges that we have incurred when a return request is made due to the buyer not taking sufficient care in referring to photographs and written details in the item description prior to purchase
