BEFORE USE

Please read instruction before using so that you will achieve the best color.
Wearing plastic gloves and a cape to avoid any stains.
Before using, your hair should be clean and dry.
Before using, please avoid using conditioner, treatments, or oil.
If it is your first time and you have long and thick hair, 2-3 boxes may be required for effective coloring,

DIRECTION FOR USE

Select the desired Berina Color.
Carry out sensitivity test 24 hours before coloring (Test for any allergic reaction by applying the product under your arm and behind your ear.) (Mentioned on Every box)
Wash hair before coloring WITH NO CONDITIONER OR OIL TREATMENT
Premix the color cream with the equal amount of peroxide thoroughly. (The two tubes together
Apply premix with brush on your hair on each section.
Leave premix on your hair about 20-40 minutes.
Rinse your hair with water thoroughly AND CONDITION

Caution

Please avoid using this product if your scalp is irritated or injured
Wear suitable gloves
Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Rinse eye immediately if product comes into contact.
DO NOT use this product on eyelashes and eyebrows
Keep out of reach of children
Please take an allergy test 24 hours before using (Test for any allergic reaction by applying the product under your arm and behind your ear leave dry without rinsing for about 24 hours. If you have allergic reaction, DO NOT use product)
Product should not be used by people 16 years old and younger

Shipping Terms:

Royal Mail will normally attempt UK deliveries within 3 to 5 working days of despatch and they can take up to 2 weeks to deliver. The postman would leave you a "while you were out card" if you are not in when the delivery is attempted.

The delivery courier will normally attempt delivery within 1 to 3 working days of despatch, if you do not receive your order within this time frame, please send us a message and we will look into this. The delivery courier will normally email you to let you know when they have your package and they would leave you a "while you were out" card if you are not in when the delivery is attempted.

If your order is received back by us for the reasons Unclaimed, Not Called For, Incorrect or Incomplete Address, Addressee Gone Away then we will issue a refund less the delivery charges incurred in sending the original package to you as soon as possible, nevertheless, within 30 days of the date of receipt of your returned package.

Should a package be lost or damaged by the carrier, you agree to fully co-operate to help us to recover any costs from the carrier in relation to your order.
