COMBINED SHIPPING: When purchasing more than one item first put items in your cart before paying. Items that do not reflect free shipping are eligible for a combined discount rate. If your items qualify, please send a invoice request before payment, and an adjusted invoice will be sent.
RETURN POLICY: Returns will be accepted on the grounds that the item is misrepresented, item received is different than what was purchased, or item was damaged during shipment. Returns that meet these criteria are only eligible if returned within 14 days following purchase. Return shipping will be at buyers expense. Item returned for any other reason other than the ones stated above will be assessed a 20% restocking and handling fee, and shipping both ways will be paid by buyer. Any free ship item will have the shipping cost that was initially paid by us deducted from return balance. All international sales are final, returns are not accepted. Items that were damaged during shipment must remain in box if possible, if not box must be kept in tact so it can be reviewed by shippers insurance adjuster.
