·         We ship worldwide except India, china, Nepal, Guam, Manila or, melilla & Ceuta destination.

·         WE DO NOT SEND SHIPMENTS TO BRAZIL AS CUSTOM CHARGES ARE VERY HIGH.

·         We ship using airmail shipping via FedEx or Pexcourier service to worldwide except Ukrain. We ship only via Postal service  to Ukraine. 

·         Please leave a contact number for shipping purposes.  

·         We will ship the shipments within 7-15 business days after receiving the payment. Normally, it takes 7-15 business days to reach the shipment at its destination.

·         The buyer must contact us if the item is not received within 30 days after dispatching the shipment. 

·         Orders received after 1:00pm central time are considered received on  the next business day.

·         We  CANNOT ship to PO Box Address, AP0/FPO addresses,  If you have  a PO Box Address, AP0/FPO address, please provide a street address  to avoid  shipping delays.

·         We don't provide local pickups.

·         Our shipping charges include costs to package in the highest quality  packing material.

TERMS OF SALE

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING Policy

The shipment company will be selected by us according to the buyers address.
Tracking number and insurance is provided to all shipments.
If the customer purchases multiple items, we combine shipping upon request subject to weight & volume of the goods purchased.

All items shipped, will require a signature upon delivery.  If the buyer is unable to accept delivery and sign for it OR fail to make necessary arrangements to sign on buyers behalf at the shipment address provided, the buyer has to collect the package from the nearest courier’s depot. 

To avoid any delays, buyers to provide a valid phone number during checkout for courier to contact you in case of any delivery issues. Thus to any prevent delays

Please provide a valid address that courier can deliver to (we cannot deliver to APO/FPO or P.O. boxes).
Orders that are returned back to us due to wrong or incomplete address, fail to obtain signature are subject to additional shipping charges before a second shipment is issued.

Orders made on Saturday-Sunday will not be shipped before Monday.

International Buyers - Please Note:

·         Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.

Delivery time is not guaranteed if your item is held by customs.
If the parcel returns due to the buyers refuse to pay the customs fee, we will not send the parcel again before receiving from the buyer all return and resend cost.

Return Policy

After receiving the item, buyer must contact us within 3 days of receipt of item & item shipped back with in 14 days of receiving item. customer have pay return cost and no refund will be provided on shipping, admin and restocking charges apply.

We will try our best that the buyer will NOT face any   problem regarding custom fee but in case you have charged any custom fee   then Buyers are fully responsible for knowing their import regulations and   customs duty/tax or any other charges in their respective    countries.  We charge only Product cost + shipping cost!!
