RETURNS

To return an item, contact Gleem?s Customer Care team by sending a message via eBay or call us at 888-885-8701 (M-F, 9am-6pm EST) within 14 days. Items must be in the original packaging in unchanged condition (both the piece & component gemstones) with all security tags intact.

We do our best to describe items as accurately as possible. Genuinely faulty goods will be repaired or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for return shipping and ship the item back to us.
