Authenticity

Our PANDORA jewellery is guaranteed to be genuine and is sourced from an authorised PANDORA dealer. Each PANDORA piece comes with PANDORA's 'ALE' hallmark and also the '925' for the sterling silver jewellery pieces and '585' for the gold pieces.

PANDORA has started to stamp jewellery items in 14K and 18K gold with a capital 'G' and sterling silver items with a capital 'S'. This process has taken place over some time and applies to all PANDORA jewellery items produced after June 2011. Some of the older charms will still have no 'S' and only the traditional 925, but this will be changing shortly.

As for two-tone sterling silver and 14k gold (duotone) charms and jewellery, PANDORA will only stamp it with the S 925 or 925 mark since all the two-tone charms are still mainly silver with gold accents.

Payment

The payment methods accepted are Paypal, bank deposit, bank cheque and money order. Payment must be received no later than 5 business days after either an auction is ended or Buy it Now has been selected. A prior arrangement can be made to extend this time after contacting us.

Shipping

Your package will be shipped on the next business day after cleared payment is received - which excludes weekends and public holidays.

Shipping will be by

  • Registered Post (for Australian customers). Delivery times are approximately 3-5 business days.
  • Standard International Airmail (for international customers). Delivery times are approximately 5-15 business days from Australia. If, in the unlikely event, your package has not arrived after 10 business days, please contact us with your confirmed shipping address and we will follow up with the postal services. The postal services may take up to 10 working days to complete their investigation. So, in the rare event that a package is lost, a full refund including postage costs will be provided 30 days after the package has been shipped.

If you are paying by Paypal you will need to ensure that the correct postal address is updated in your Paypal account. To maintain both buyer and seller protection in the event of a lost or missing parcel we will only post to the address selected in your Paypal account which is nominated as the shipping address when you go to checkout and pay.

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with the item or have purchased a bracelet or necklace that does not fit comfortably, you may within seven days of receipt, return the item for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price. The item must be in brand new condition. All return postage costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

If an item is faulty claims should be made within 7 days of receipt. Upon receipt of the returned item, an assessement will be carried out to determine the cause of the damaged or faulty item. If the item is determined to be caused by a manufacturing defect, a replacement will be sent and the buyers costs of returning the item will be reimbursed. If a replacement is not available a full refund will be provided.

If the item is determined not to be faulty or damage has been deemed to have been caused through incorrect use, it will be sent back at the buyer's expense and no reimbursement will be offered. We check the condition of each item before they are sent out.

All returns must be pre-approved via email or ebay message.

After you have won an auction listing or have clicked the Buy It Now button, you can see the Pay Now button in the following locations:

  • On the item page.
  • In My eBay, in the Items I've Won section.
  • In the confirmation email that you receive from eBay.
  • On the invoice email that you receive from eBay on our behalf.

To pay for an item:
