Returns/Damages: A&PH2o offer a 14 day return policy, Please contact us to get a Return Authorization Number and return address. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer unless in the unlikely event the wrong item was shipped by ourselves or is faulty. We will issue a refund via the same way of your payment within 5 days of receiving the item back in a resaleable condition which includes , unopened, unused and not immersed in any water.
