This cute little bear is a Royal Doulton Tessie Bear from the Enid Blyton's Noddy Collection.

Made in 1998 it is number 162 in a special worldwide limited edition of 1500.

It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs and is just shy of 5" tall.

No box or certificates.
