Should you wish to return your item to us for any reason, please contact us first either through Ebay or on 0161 654 4936 . We will accept returns/refunds within 30 days of purchase.

Once we authorise a refund, we will arrange for collection through one of our carriers, please do not return the item to us yourself. In order for us to accept a return, we will require that you to print off postage labels that we send to you. Please re-pack the item with care using all original packaging. Return postage will be paid by the buyer in all cases unless there is a manufacturing fault. If you are returning the item to us for a reason other than a manufacturing fault, you are responsible for the cost and arrangement of postage.
