Shipping
We ship immediately upon receipt of payment (except weekends and holidays).
We ship USPS first class for US shipments, and USPS priority for international shipments
Combined shipping as as follows:  When you purchase three pair at a time, the third pair will be free shipping and handling. Sometimes the system does this automatically, and sometimes not.  Please ask about this discount prior to purchase.  There are no discounts on shipping of multi pair pack listings.

Returns

In the unlikely even that we shipped the wrong item in error, of course we will cheerfully accommodate a swift exchange. We list our items as no returns accepted.  We do not accept returns for size, color, fit, style, or adjustment.  Please understand that eyeglasses advertised as 'new, never sold, never worn" cannot be resold as such after we have sold and shipped them.  We include detailed information regarding size and color for most of our listings. Please select carefully, and ask questions prior to order.

Products
Our products are primarily overstock and new old stock. Both New Old Stock & Overstock are items that have been in storage for many years and may show signs of age, including: discoloration, tarnish on metal parts, surface scratches, out of adjustment simply from being in boxes for so long. We try to describe our items accurately. Most have manufacturer demo lenses, or if they don’t have lenses it is noted in the description. Out of adjustment frames may easily be adjusted by any competent eyecare professional. Out of adjustment does not equal defective and/or warped. Most items are suitable for prescription lens processing.
