for exchage: must be same unit with original serial number with our warranty label ! ( if label removed, will void warranty & no return or no exchange )

The item must be in Same New Condition. No components missing (i.e. screws, bass knobs, plastic coverings, protective films, etc.) or if you/dealer programed radio to your vin or made something wrong with system ) there is no return or no exchange . must be un-use condition. if any function not working. no return either.
