We operate a family run business that specialises in Mobile Phone & Digital Accessories. Everything that we source and ship is already in stock and is sent out directly by our dispatch team, which operates out of our unit.
Please be assured that we value our reputation on eBay and so customer relations and positive feedback is important to us as a company.
If on any occasion we get it wrong or your shipment is delayed, then please allow a member of our team to correct any problem - we will endeavour to resolve any issue within 48 hours.
We would ask that all questions are directed through eBay to ensure that you have a timely response, which will be within 48 hours.

All items will be posted within 24 hours of the purchase date except on a Weekend, where these orders will be posted with Monday's collection.
It takes 1 to 3 working days to receive the purchased item.
Please exclude weekends and holidays on all shipping.
Once the order has been sent we will endeavour to e-mail you so please make sure that the e-mail address you have registered with E-Bay is correct.
If you do not receive a confirmation of shipment please let us know.
If your item has not arrived or is missing then PLEASE report it to us within 7 DAYS from placing the order.
If you Contact us after this date, it will be your responsibility to resolve directly with Royal Mail.

Here are the simple steps to requesting a refund:-
Return, this can be arranged via requesting a return authorisation through the eBay Messaging System (Please do not rely on external mail)
Return the merchandise within 14 day time frame from our purchase date. PLEASE NOTE: Any item sent and stamped after the 30-day period has expired will be refused.
Include the item and all accessories in the original (unused) condition (in which the item was received) and please enclose details of your eBay User Id and Item Number.
Once we have received the item back and it has been checked, we will then issue your refund accordingly (normally within 48 hours).
