Packages are shipped by UPS, ground service. 
Next Day and 2nd Day service provided by UPS for an additional fee. 
Shipping is non refundable.

RETURN POLICY:
Please contact us and we will assist you with your return considering the below: 
1. Defective items will be exchanged 14 days from day received.  
2. The item must be in the manufacturer's original packaging in brand new condition and include all packaging material. 
3. Please be aware there is a 20% restocking fee on returned merchandise unless an arrangement is worked out with us. 
4. E-MAIL us within 48 hours for an RA number (Return Authorization) no returned merchandise will be accepted without an RA number printed on the box.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE, AND IF FOR ANY REASON YOU WANT TO SHIP THE ITEM BACK TO US, BE IT FOR REPLACEMENT, EXCHANGE, OR REFUND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING, HOWEVER WHEN WE SHIP THE REPLACEMENT WE WILL DO SO AT OUT EXPENSES.
