All items are covered by a 30 day DOA warranty (excluding "as-is" auctions). In the unlikely event you receive an item in a nonworking condition or your item is "Not as Described" please contact us and we will happily help resolve all issues. All returns must accompany a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us before being returned. Our return policy covers DOA items and items "Not as Described" only. The buyer is responsible for ensuring all items purchased are compatible. A return will not be authorized for any item purchased that is not compatible or is no longer needed. Incorrect items being connected can cause major parts failures, if an item we sell is connected to an incompatible part it will not qualify for a return. All returned items must be unaltered and in the same condition as received by the purchaser. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer and must include insurance for the value of the item. We must receive the item back in the condition it was shipped. Any damage or tampering will void the return. If any hardware is modified or repaired by the buyer after shipment, the return policy then becomes null and void.
