We provide a 90 day warranty from the date you receive your laptop. If you have any issues after your system is returned to you please contact us through eBay messaging or call us at 877-262-6941. We will then issue you a return shipping label and RMA number.

Motherboard Liquid Repair Process:

First, we will pull the motherboard out of the laptop for inspection. We are looking for burn marks or liquid (corrosion) on the motherboard. *Note: You never want to turn on the laptop after a liquid spill. It will do more damage to the motherboard.

After we determine where the liquid or burn is on the motherboard it will go into the special board cleaner for a full wash. We have a 90% success rate of cleaning the motherboards. Next we dry the board and look it over through our high powered micro-scope for any flaws in the solder or components. If we do find some components that need replaced, we have the apple schematics to perform this repair and also have full IR (infrared) and hot air rework machines to do the repair. No job to big or too small.

After repairing the laptop we test the completed repair for twelve points of functionality. Upon passing the prior testing, the computer goes though a burn-in test to check for overheating. Finally the computer goes though an additional testing process in our QA department.

If we can't fix your laptop we will refund your money and ship back your Macbook!!! We are that confident in our repair ability.

What is the turnaround time on your repairs?

It will be in our shop normally 3-5 business days for the rework process and testing. We don't rush things though our shop.

If the computer motherboard cannot be repaired, we will provide other options for you to decide, or we will return your computer to you with a full refund, including return shipping.

In order to protect your hardware, you must make sure that there is a spacing of 2 inches surrounding your laptop on all sides. You should wrap your hardware in a protective material such as bubble wrap. Make sure that all empty space in the box is filled with a material like packing peanuts. You can buy laptop shipping box at any UPS or FedEx ship and pack store. Improper packaging will void any insurance on the shippment
