The tripod head with quick change system 496RC2 promises up to 6 kg load and still soft movements. The ball is strong enough for the panel of 35mm SLR cameras with mid-weight, lenses or with lightweight medium format cameras. The particularly hard ball from phenol resin and the robust pressure die-cast construction increase the protection and control of the equipment and can be adjusted thanks to individual fine adjustment of the ball resistance on the weight of the Kamerausrüstung. The 496RC2 has the Manfrotto quick release plate 200PL 1/4 inch threaded (also with 3/8 inch threads available) and assurance through an additional opening lever that prevents accidental release of the camera from the head.
