Overseas delivery
EU countries £7.99 (3-10 working days).
Worldwide £9.99 (10-15 working days) for packages up to 1.5kg. Heavier packages will be charged at cost.
The Luxe Company is not responsible for any local import and customs duties payable for goods delivered overseas.
Dispatch and Delivery times
- Orders received(*) before 14:00hrs Mon-Fri or 12:00hrs Sat will be dispatched the same working day wherever possible
- Orders received(*) after these times will be dispatched he following working day.
- Express delivery is only available for goods in stock.
(*) Order received time refers to the time the order is received and processed by The Luxe Company. This is not necessarily the same time as the order is placed/confirmed/submitted.
All delivery times are dependent on items being in stock. We will make every effort to let you know if items will take longer.
The Luxe Company cannot and does not accept responsibility for delays in transit once goods have been dispatched.
PACKAGING
Orders including fragile accessories, e.g. candles, body care products, etc., will be dispatched in standard postage boxes within polythene mailing bags, unless gift wrapping is requested during the ordering process.
GIFT WRAPPING
We are delighted to offer gift wrapping as an option on all orders.
The charge for gift wrapping on orders up to and including £60.00 (excl. delivery charges) is £3.99.
Where requested during ordering, orders in excess of £60.00 will be gift wrapped FREE OF CHARGE.
CANCELLATION
In accordance with EU regulations, you have the right to cancel an order within seven days of the purchase, or seven days after receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you cancel an order, your payment will be returned upon receipt of goods. Please follow the procedures detailed on our returns page for returning goods.
How safe are my credit or debit card details on your site?
We know that payments and data security is a major concern to many of our customers. We operate a highly secure system so you can feel completely at ease when shopping with us over the Internet.
We feel confident that credit card information entered on our site will not be accessed by any unauthorised person or company. Once your order has been transferred to our order processing system all credit card details are removed from the website as an added precaution and our sales order processing system and internal network are protected by the latest proxy technology.
What happens if I think my card has been used fraudulently?
The risk of fraud from using your card on our website is extremely low.
Nevertheless, if your card is used fraudulently as a direct result of having been used to buy from our site, we will we will do all we can to assist and support your credit card company in their investigations by providing any information they require to resolve the issue. Your credit card company takes responsibility for reimbursing you for fraudulent transaction amounts.
