I will try to ship the items within 2 working days after payment is cleared. All dresses will be shipped with RM first class recorded unless if you asked for Special Delivery. For international delivery, please contact me. For additional items bought, a discount on combined p&p will apply. Delivery -International All international items will be sent via the Royal Mail International Signed for service, which requires a signature on delivery. Please allow 15 days from date of postage for your item to be delivered. If after such time it hasn't arrived, please contact us. -Loss I always retain proof of postage from Royal Mail, and as it is the buyer who pays for it, I require them to make a claim on their behalf, this way it complies with postal service. I will in any such case, I will send originals, claim form to buyer and any other information needed. This way as any cheque for compensation goes direct to you, and any delay will be seen that it is not my fault. I will send the parcel with second class recorded delivery which is insured up to £46. I recommended sending them with Royal Mail Special |Delivery as it will be fully insured. So please let me know if you want to be shipped with this way.

If you want to send the item back, please contact us in the same day after you get the parcel without any exception. All return must be made within 3 days after receiving the items. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, make up free, altered or washed, no smell of perfume or smoke. Otherwise I will not accept the return and will send the items back to you. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges; you will be responsible for the shipping costs both ways.
